Fitness expert Becky Weyrauch is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who is very proud to be involved with Brighten Up!. Becky believes in the mission and vision of Brighten Up! to encourage positive living and heightened awareness about mental health. Along with her role at Brighten Up!, Becky also has specialty training in Boot Camp Programs, Children's Fitness and Senior Fitness. Throughout her career, Becky has taught Mat Pilates, Silver Sneakers, Spinning, TRX, trained clients one-on-one and in small Group Fitness and Personal Training. Believing that everyone should have access to fitness advice, Becky has worked with beginners, intermediate and even semi-pro athletes, leading them all to achieve their individual fitness goals through her positive, encouraging attitude.

Becky understands the importance even just 20-30 min of cardio exercise per day will help lift the spirits and help ward off depression along with many other benefits combined with good nutrition. She supports each client to help him or her achieve success. On a personal note, Becky remains an athlete herself. She enjoys competing in road races and has completed 1/2 ironman TRI distances, SprintTRI, Marathon, Half Marathons and has placed several times in a variety of 5K races. Becky lives in Clifton Park, NY with their three sons.

Becky holds certifications through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Certified Mad Dogg Athletics, Spinning Instructor, and is a TRX Qualified Trainer.
