Along with her role at Brighten Up!, Becky also has specialty training in Boot Camp Programs, Children's Fitness and Senior Fitness. Throughout her career, Becky has taught Mat Pilates, Silver Sneakers, Spinning, TRX, trained clients one-on-one and in small Group Fitness and Personal Training. Believing that everyone should have access to fitness advice, Becky has worked with beginners, intermediate and even semi-pro athletes, leading them all to achieve their individual fitness goals through her positive, encouraging attitude.
